Totality Greenhouse Gases Abatement Methodology

Totality’s Methodology has been organized from inputs from the following stakeholder types: petroleum engineers (both reservoir and field operations experienced), natural resource conservationists, institutional investors with experience originating and selling carbon credits into the voluntary carbon marketplaces, attorneys with subject matter expertise in commodity trading and finance, real estate owners and stewards (both surface and mineral estates as well as timberland foresters), well operations (drilling and workover) consultants, industry association managers as well as academicians.
Totality is aware of niche methane or GHGs abatement opportunities, and may seek to create, author and publish other engineered carbon credit methodologies in the future.
Totality’s Fee Schedule is accessible elsewhere on our website. We like to see ‘skin in the game’ to create some threshold of seriousness. Our Terms of Use, Registry Rules and Fee Schedule are available publicly. To become a Member and access the Methodology, we require a US$150 payment (“Access Fee”) and acceptance of our Policies. The Access Fee enables a Member license for up to five (5) persons within a Member’s organization, inclusive of supporting parties to a Project Developer’s or Buyer’s activities. Other ancillary documentation is available, which we hope may streamline transactions so as to reduce the friction costs of a single Buy/Sell of Carbon Credits.
