REGISTRY

Totality is underway with organizing the initial Registry of pending and completed Projects.  Registry listings will ultimately be subject to the desired level of disclosure(s) among a Project’s Developer for those pending, and among a Project’s Seller and Buyer for those completed.  As Totality is steadily working with stakeholders for educational purposes with how Totality intends for its Methodology to be administer, Totality anticipates Project backlogs may grow thus helping Registry Members settle into an appropriate level of comfort with disclosures. 

Totality envisions the Registry to include a Project Name or Identifier, County Location, Number of Projects (or Wells or Series of Projects/Wells), Actual or Anticipated CO2e Tonnes (in the aggregate if in a Series), and Date of Issuance/Retirement or Pending Sale.

Totality is fully aware of orphan and inactive wells deserving to be plugged outside of the State of Texas.  In order to accommodate the expansion of Totality’s Methodology to other jurisdictions, Totality must first assess the regulatory mechanisms in place for such jurisdictions, and work with stakeholders who are assessing the inventory of potential projects/wells. Totality is excited to service these jurisdictions, yet must remain steadfast toward a high integrity methodology.
