COMMITTEE STEWARDSHIP

Totality’s Greenhouse Gases Abatement Methodology first and foremost resides within the State of Texas jurisdiction.  Accordingly, Project Developers and Registry Members must comply with the laws, rules, codes, standards and regulations of a Governmental Authority (e.g., Railroad Commission of Texas, among others) that pertain to a Project.  Totality commends Registry Members to perform work at the highest safety levels.

Overarching Totality’s team and recommended practitioners are three committees: Regulatory & Methodology; Technical & Process; and Pricing & Marketplace. Each committee will ultimately comprise a minimum of five persons, who will serve staggered three-year terms.  Modifications to the Methodology, Registry Terms of Service and Registry Rules will require a super majority vote amongst the committee members; and be published quarterly, as needed.
