Enrico is a seasoned merchant banker with over 45 years of experience in European finance. He played a key role in founding and leading M&A-SwissBankCorp, overseeing more than 150 transactions across industries like textiles, transportation, and banking. His expertise extended beyond corporate finance, as he served as a Chairman, CEO, and board member in several public Italian corporations.

After selling his M&A firm, Minoli shifted focus to turnaround strategies and startups in the Green Economy, specifically renewable energy (solar & wind). He also pioneered the first European company specializing in CBD extraction. Minoli collaborated with Sustainable Carbon, a top entity in the industry, on an Amazon forest conservation project aimed at producing carbon credits.

In 2020, he invested in Welldone LLC, a company operating in the plugging & abandonment sector. He played a key role in forming a joint venture between American Carbon Registry and Welldone, leading to the first-ever protocol for carbon credits generated through well-plugging.

His vision attracted Will Robertson and Doug Teague to the initiative, raising awareness of the three million abandoned wells across the United States. This work led to the formation of Totality AI, a platform focused on sustainable carbon strategies.
